Abstract Submission

Abstracts submitted to the 2nd International Turkish National Pediatrics Association Congress for oral and poster presentations must be written in English. Accepted abstracts will be published in English in the Congress E-Book of Abstracts. The official language of the congress is English.

All abstracts will be evaluated by the Scientific Advisory Board. Notifications of acceptance or rejection, together with the assigned presentation format (oral or poster), will be sent to the corresponding authors by October 12, 2026.

The deadline for abstract submission is September 30, 2026. Abstracts submitted after this date will not be considered. Accepted abstracts will also be published on the congress website following the congress.

To complete the congress registration, participants must submit their registration request to the congress organizing company and pay the registration fee to the designated bank account. For detailed information, please refer to the Registration and Accommodation section of our website. Authors whose abstracts are accepted must complete their registration by October 19, 2026.

Guidelines for Authors

• Congress registration is mandatory for abstracts to be published in the Congress E-Book of Abstracts.
• Abstracts will only be accepted through the online abstract submission system. Abstracts submitted by post or by any other means will not be considered.
• The Scientific Committee reserves the right to determine the final presentation format (oral or poster).
• Abstracts must not exceed 400 words. Abstracts exceeding this limit will not be accepted by the online submission system.
• Abbreviations must not be used in the title. Instructions regarding the formatting of titles, author names, and institutional affiliations are available in the online submission system.
• When listing authors and affiliations, include only the institution and city. Do not include full postal addresses or academic titles.
• Abstracts should be structured under the following headings: Introduction, Materials and Methods, Results, and Conclusion.
• Only internationally accepted abbreviations should be used.
• Acceptance or rejection notifications will be sent to the registered e-mail address of the corresponding author. Submission status can also be tracked through the online abstract submission system.
