CONGRESS REGISTRATION FEES

Note: A 20% VAT will be added to registration fees.

Registration Fee Includes:
• Participation in the scientific program
• Congress materials (bag, name badge, pocket program, certificate of attendance)
• Access to exhibition and booth areas organized by companies
• Participation in satellite symposia
• Poster area access
• CME credits (by Turkish Medical Association)

*For Non-Sponsoring Companies:
A single company representative cannot register independently. A company representative attending without any sponsorship must sponsor at least 10 physicians in addition to paying the above fee.

COURSE FEES

Note: 20% VAT will be added to course fees. Any additional taxes will be reflected to the participant.

NON-ACCOMMODATION REGISTRATION

Note: A 20% VAT will be added.

Participants who do not book accommodation through the official organization secretariat will be subject to an external participant fee.

Non-Accommodation Fee Includes (Valid between November 18–22, 2026, from 09:00 to 18:00)

• Full registration fee
• Two coffee breaks with cookies per congress day
• Lunch at the congress hotel during scientific activity days
• Daily refreshments as per hotel concept

ACCOMMODATION

• Check-in: November 18 , 2026, 14:00
• Check-out: November 2, 2026, 12:00
• Guests wishing to extend their stay must contact the registration desk for availability and pricing.
• Accommodation packages are fixed and not prorated for shorter stays.
• Titanic Belek Hotel, the main congress venue, offers a 4-night full board plus package:
  • Open buffet breakfast, lunch, and dinner in the main restaurant
  • Unlimited alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages as determined by the hotel during meals
  • Coffee breaks and refreshments during scientific sessions
  • The organizer reserves the right to cancel any accommodation for which payment has not been received The organizing committee reserves the right to cancel unpaid accommodation reservations.
  • Guests staying at affiliated hotels are requested to take breakfast and dinner at their respective hotels.
  • Shuttle services between the affiliated hotels and the congress hotel are included in the accommodation package.
  • Note: A 10% VAT will be added.

SPONSORSHIP PAYMENTS & IMPORTANT INFORMATION

• Early bird benefits apply only if the full sponsorship amount (excluding VAT) is paid as an advance.
• Unpaid requests will be considered invalid.
• Delayed payments after the congress will incur a 10% monthly penalty.
• Accommodation fees must be paid into the EURO account. If paid in Turkish Lira, any exchange rate difference will be charged at the time of settlement.
• Registration, accommodation, and course reservations will only be confirmed upon receipt of payment and sending of payment slip along with the request to: info@millipediatri2026.org

For credit card payments, a Mail Order form will be sent by the congress secretariat upon request.

Transfer fees apply exclusively to the airport–congress center–airport transfers scheduled collectively for arrivals on November 18, 2026, and departures on November 22, 2026. For private transfers or transfer requests outside these dates, please contact NETKON directly

• Cancellations before April 27, 2026: Full refund
• Cancellations between April 28 – June 29, 2026: 50% refund
• Cancellations after June 30, 2026: No refund
• All cancellations must be submitted in writing to the organization agency
• Refunds will be processed after the congress

In case of postponement due to COVID-19 or another global pandemic, the total amount paid will be credited toward the rescheduled congress. If a company cancels its participation, the cancellation policy of the respective date will apply.
